Employers: Register for Inclusive Hub 2026

Inclusive Hub is a free internship program that connects employers with talented job seekers with disabilities who are entering the workforce for the first time after completing their education.


Program Details:

  • Duration: Six months (January–June 2026), after signing Memorandum of Understanding with Alma Career Slovakia

  • Cost: Free for all participating employers

  • Managed by: Alma Career Slovakia

  • Research partnership: We provide anonymized data to Michigan State University for vocational rehabilitation research

  • Registration deadline: October 31, 2025

When You Join Inclusive Hub, You Will Receive:

  • Access to three online webinars (120-minutes) about disability diversity and inclusive employment practices

  • Support from employment specialists throughout the program

  • Access to job seekers who have completed soft skills and employment training and are prepared for their internship experience

What We Expect from You:

  • Training participation: Attend training to understand key principles of inclusive employment and disability diversity

  • Company visit design: With our guidance, design the company visit, including specific tasks, required skills, and knowledge expected from job seekers

  • Company visit hosting: Host pre-selected job seekers for a workplace tour and observation of task performance

  • Internship provision and evaluation: Provide internship experience (optional) and complete the program evaluation

Time Commitment:
Approximately 64 hours total over six months. Multiple team members from your company can attend our online meetings.

Step 1 - Terms of Participation

  • By completing this application, you will be included in the selection process for employers offering internships through Inclusive Hub. We will schedule an individual online interview (via TEAMS) after receiving your application to answer your questions and address any additional inquiries we may have.

  • More detailed information about the 2026 program will be provided during this meeting.

  • Upon joining, you will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Alma Career, provided to you in advance.
