Registration for Inclusive Hub 2025/26 (job seekers)

Inclusive Hub is a project that gives young people with disabilities the opportunity to gain their first work experience in the open labor market.

The project is supported by the Alma Career group in cooperation with Michigan State University.

We use evidence-based methods and tools in our programme. The anonymized data we collect is used for research in the field of vocational rehabilitation.

If you register for Inclusive Hub as a job seeker, we will contact you to arrange an interview by 31 October 2025 at the latest.

Communication language in Inclusive Hub is English.

Participation is free of charge, but places are limited. Each year, the programme costs approximately €150,000, so we wish to offer this opportunity to motivated people who are ready to actively participate in their preparation.

Inclusive Hub consists of four stages:

  • Preparation – Approximately 18 weeks of training in social and communication skills (ASSET programme) and job coaching (about 2–3 hours per week).
  • Company Visits – In April, available to those who have attended at least 75% of the preparation phase.
  • Internship Offers – Starting in May, with paid internships offered by employers.
  • Evaluation – Short surveys to help improve the programme and support research.

Some sessions will be held online (using MS Teams or Zoom), while others may take place in person, depending on your location. Reliable internet access is required.

More detailed information will be provided once your participation in Inclusive Hub is confirmed.
