Alma Career Slovakia s. r. o., with registered office at Pribinova 19, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 35 800 861 and Alma Career Czechia s.r.o., with registered office at Menclova 2538/2, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, Company ID: 264 41 381, will process the provided personal data as joint controllers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the purpose of (i) registration in Profesia Lab and (ii) cooperation within the project.

Personal data and information that you provide when filling out the application will be processed for the period necessary for the evaluation of the selection interview and further for a period of 3 years from the end of cooperation.

The legal basis for processing the provided data is

legitimate interest regarding registration (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR),
contractual relationship if cooperation occurs (Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) GDPR),
explicit consent in connection with sensitive (health) data provided during registration and/or during the selection interview or at any time later (Art. 9 para. 1 letter a) GDPR).

Data processing does not involve automated decision-making or profiling, and providing data is a requirement without which mutual cooperation on the project would not be possible.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right (i) to access your personal data, (ii) to correct inaccurate or supplement incomplete personal data, (iii) to delete your personal data if personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed, or if you find that they were processed unlawfully, (iv) to restrict the processing of personal data in special cases, (v) to data portability, (vi) to object, after which the processing of your personal data will be terminated unless it is proven that there are serious legitimate reasons for their processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, especially if the reason is the possible assertion of legal claims, (vii) to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection and (viii) to withdraw consent if processing is based on consent.
