Practice Interviews in English: February 4, 2026 (Wednesday)

The Alma Inclusive 2026 conference is followed by a practical workshop where

employers can practice 2-3 interviews with pre-selected candidates who have various disabilities or need for reasonable accommodation
job seekers can rehearse communication with employers.

Important information

Participation in this event is subject to approval by Alma Career Slovakia.
Confirmed employers will receive profiles of 2-3 candidates, their resumes, and recommended interview questions in advance.
These are practice selection interviews with no subsequent job offers.
Job seekers get to practice employer interviews and receive feedback for future job searches.
After interviews, separate group reflections for employers and candidates will be led by Profesia Lab experts.
Employer participation costs €100 excl. VAT to support Profesia Lab and Inclusive Hub job coaching. Invoice sent after registration approval.
