Alma Inclusive 2026 (international conference)

The conference builds on the tradition of community of practice meetings that have developed around Profesia Lab in recent years in Slovakia. This year's edition will address the employment of people with disabilities in a broader context. Based on data, research, and practice, we have prepared three themes: active aging, equality of opportunities, assistive technologies, and artificial intelligence.

Registration for the conference: February 3, 2026 (Tuesday)

Venue: Stará Tržnica, Námestie SNP 25, Bratislava, Slovakia (in-person attendance).
Conference participation is free. Costs are covered by Alma Career Slovakia.
Selected contributions will be recorded and sent to participants who request it in advance (remote attendance option).

Presentations, panel discussions, case studies, networking

Conference participants will also be able to pick up a printed copy of the new guide Employment of People with Disabilities.

The guide summarizes current data from the profesia.sk job portal, surveys on inclusive employment, practical recommendations for reasonable accommodations in the workplace, resume creation, and performance measurement. It provides the latest research and practical insights for both employers and job seekers.
