Alma Inclusive 2026
The two-day event Alma Inclusive 2026 – Where Inclusion Drives Growth – builds on the tradition of community of practice networked around the Profesia Lab initiative. It aims to broaden the topic of employing people with diverse abilities into a wider social and economic context. It draws on the experience of a successful internship model for young people with disabilities and further develops the topic of inclusion in connection with active ageing, equal opportunities and other factors that influence access to employment. The conference: on Tuesday, 3 February, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Stará tržnica, Námestie SNP 25 in Bratislava, Slovakia. The workshop on the second day offers an opportunity to gain practical experience both for employers and for jobseekers. The programme follows below the illustrative image.

(SK/EN simulteneous interpretation, sign language interpretation)
The conference connects research with practice – it will bring new insights on labour migration, the use of assistive technologies and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as on creating space for harder-to-employ groups.
Conference participants will also receive guide which builds on the Untapped Talents handbook. Material provides current data from the profesia.sk portal, summarizes the results of an international survey from 2025 on diversity and discrimination in workplaces, and offers practical recommendations for employers and candidates from vulnerable groups.
Participation in the event is for registered participants only. It is free of charge and covered by Alma Career Slovakia.
Registration for the workshop on 4 February 2026 is already closed. Participation is free of charge and covered by the TESCO Foundation.
