Alma Inclusive 2026
The two‑day conference Alma Inclusive 2026 – Where Inclusion Drives Growth – built on the community of practice that has formed around the Profesia Lab initiative and brought it to a new level. It broadened the topic of employing people with diverse abilities into a wider social and economic context, connecting it with active ageing, equal opportunities and other factors that influence access to work.

Where Inclusion Drives Growth
Drawing on the experience of a successful internship model for young people with disabilities, the conference took place on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Stará tržnica, Námestie SNP 25, Bratislava (Slovakia) followed by a second‑day workshop offering hands‑on experience for both employers and jobseekers.
More than 300 participants – employers, NGOs, policymakers, jobseekers and their families – created a vibrant community that continued to share ideas and build partnerships throughout the event.
